About The Position

This Marketing Manager role is focused on leading the U.S. downstream commercialization strategy for the DePuy Synthes Knee platform. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Knee Reconstruction Marketing, and involves owning and delivering key marketing workstreams for the primary knee implant portfolio. The individual will manage projects end-to-end, develop marketing programs with increasing strategic input, and may guide associate-level team members. This role requires operating with a high degree of independence, translating strategic direction into fully developed plans and programs, and thinking critically about the 'why' behind the work. The role involves developing a point of view on commercial strategy informed by data, competitive dynamics, and surgeon insights. In partnership with various departments, this individual will lead the execution of clinical messaging programs, campaign development, launch workstreams, surgeon education initiatives, and competitive response tactics to drive market share growth and deepen surgeon engagement with the ATTUNE platform.
