About The Position

DigiCert is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our SMB-focused cybersecurity SaaS products. You’ll be joining a small, agile team operating within a larger brand—expect to wear multiple hats, get hands on with the products, and have real ownership over your work. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days/week in-office (lunch provided), with the flexibility and encouragement to come in more often as your schedule allows. This role is a good fit for marketers who have: Strong aptitude for working with technical products and technical audiences (web hosting, cybersecurity, web development, etc.) Ability to build deep product/customer/market knowledge and translate that into compelling positioning and messaging. Experience driving revenue/growth through digital marketing channels such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), upselling/cross-selling, email marketing/automation, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital advertising (PPC).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with an emphasis on driving measurable revenue.
  • Experience working in website technology (web hosting, web development, etc.) and/or cybersecurity—able to understand, use, and converse fluently about products in the space.
  • Relevant education (for example: bachelor’s degree in marketing; industry certifications such as CXL, Hubspot, MECLABS Institute, DigitalMarketer; or other relevant professional certifications or education).
  • Experience working with several digital marketing channels such as email, SEM, digital advertising, ABM, SEO, etc.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate marketing messages that drive conversions (product positioning, copywriting, value proposition development, etc.)
  • Experienced working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, etc.
  • Proven ability to learn technical topics and understand/communicate with highly technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of our products, the problems they solve, how customers use them, and how they compare to competing products.
  • Plan marketing campaigns/tactics to achieve our current goals (eg. SaaS signups).
  • Work with our creative resources (in-house and freelance) to create stand-out marketing campaigns with clear, compelling messages and engaging visuals.
  • Launch, manage, and iterate marketing campaigns to efficiently achieve their KPIs.
  • Use analytics to measure and optimize key metrics, including conversion rate, free-trial upgrade rate, retention rate, CLV, etc.
  • Work together to test and iterate new tactics to continue meeting our goals in a new world of zero-click searches, generative AI, and link-free social media feeds.
