About The Position

We aren't looking for someone to just "manage" a funnel; we’re looking for a builder. As Centah’s first Demand Generation Manager, you’re stepping into a greenfield environment. You’ll be the architect of our growth engine, defining the benchmarks and building the systems that generate cold interest and convert it into a high-intent pipeline. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role. You’ll develop the roadmap, but also be executing on the vision. Writing copy, designing assets, and launching the campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • A revenue mindset. You know that impressions and clicks are vanity metrics. You care about SQLs and closed-won deals.
  • You are a "Full-Stack" marketer and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • AI-First: You aren’t just comfortable with AI; you’re excited to see how far you can push it to work smarter and faster.
  • A highly creative, action-oriented mindset with the perseverance to build processes from scratch.
  • Experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the top of the funnel. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns that don't just generate noise, but drive real revenue.
  • Measure and adapt. Not every idea will be a winner; you’ll measure outcomes, reflect on strategy and iterate in order to succeed.
  • We’re building for the future. You’ll leverage AI (Gemini, N8N, etc.) at every step to automate the mundane and scale your impact.
  • Work closely with Business Development to build targeted prospect profiles and personalized plays for our most valuable opportunities.
  • Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing pitch decks and collateral that actually help close deals.
  • Create and ship content that positions Centah as a leader in our space.
