About The Position

Therabody is looking for an entrepreneurial, collaborative and high-energy Marketing Manager, Canada to own and scale our brand nationwide. As our sole marketer on the ground, you will drive localized commercial campaigns, product launches, agency partners, events, and community programs. Based in Toronto, this role reports directly to the Marketing Director, International based in London, with a strategic dotted line to the Canadian Sales team, based in Toronto. You will collaborate closely with international peers and cross-functional global functions (Digital, Social, Lifecycle, Media, and Merchandising) to grow marketing presence in Canada.

Requirements

5–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, PR, experiential marketing, partnerships, or agency account management, with a proven track record of handling fast-paced accounts / cross-functional projects.
Agency account management experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently navigate matrixed reporting lines between local sales and global international leadership.
Proven ability to work highly collaboratively with international marketing peers and seamlessly navigate matrixed global corporate functions (Digital, Social, Lifecycle, Media, Merchandising) and local Sales.
Strong track record managing multi-city events, local vendor networks, and regional activation budgets.
Exceptional mindset of an independent self-starter who thrives with autonomy and excels at working remotely from a regional corporate hub.
Experience within the wellness, fitness, consumer electronics, premium lifestyle, apparel, or sports industries is highly desirable.
Flexibility and willingness to travel across Canada for key marketing activations and events.

Responsibilities

Localise global and international brand strategies into high-impact regional marketing plans that protect Therabody's premium positioning.
Build and execute Canada's annual marketing calendar in line with the International marketing strategy to support regional sales objectives.
Lead end-to-end marketing execution for new product introductions and momentum activities across retail, PR, influencer, and event channels.
Partner with local influencers, fitness professionals, and wellness advocates to generate authentic, localized organic influencer content and UGC.
Build strategic partnerships with premium fitness studios, wellness centres, and sports organizations to grow our Canadian footprint.
Scale brand advocacy targeting athletes, trainers, and ambassadors and executing seeding programs.
Collaborate with digital and media teams to cross-leverage top-performing local content creator content across paid and owned channels.
Architect and execute targeted campaigns to consistently drive high-quality, authentic customer reviews across DTC platforms and key Canadian retail partner websites.
Monitor and analyze community sentiment, customer reviews and brand tracking to optimize local messaging and consumer education.
Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for Therabody's Canadian PR, creative, media, and activation agency partners.
Take end-to-end ownership of campaign briefs, asset delivery pipelines, and timeline tracking to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor, track, and analyse campaign metrics, translating data into actionable reports, insights, and recommendations to optimise future marketing ROI.
Concept, plan, and execute high-visibility consumer-facing and trade marketing events across Canada.
Champion Therabody’s presence at elite marathons and running events, fitness expos, and major industry conferences.
Drive end-to-end logistics, including budget management, event staffing, product inventory coordination, custom branded assets, and flawless on-site execution.
Collaborate closely with the local Toronto sales team to support in-store retail marketing initiatives and visual merchandising executions in line with Global merchandising guidelines.
Coordinate bespoke local marketing and co-op promotional plans for key Canadian retail accounts.
Manage the regional marketing budget, including vendor contracts, invoice tracking, and PO generation.
Monitor marketing KPIs and event metrics to deliver clear post-activation ROI reports and actionable insights to leadership.
