About The Position

LendingOne is seeking a lifecycle marketer to build and own marketing infrastructure. This role involves nurturing architecture across two distinct business lines (core lending and Partnerships group), with significant input on strategy, segmentation logic, and funnel management. The ideal candidate will have experience in lifecycle marketing and a desire for ownership in a growing company.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or marketing automation.
  • Deep fluency in HubSpot, including workflows, enrollment triggers, smart lists, sequences, A/B testing, and attribution reporting.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, with the ability to build audiences from behavioral data.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or stakeholder groups simultaneously.
  • Strong data skills with the ability to own reporting.
  • Experience with copywriting to drive campaign conversions.
  • Comfort working in a regulated environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services or lending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle programs, including audience definition, enrollment logic, copy, sequencing, and performance reporting.
  • Define and implement segmentation strategies for a complex, multi-persona database (investors at different stages, loan types, deal sizes, engagement levels).
  • Create dedicated nurture flows for the Partnerships group, including co-branded sequences and partner-specific audience builds.
  • Build and maintain campaign architecture in HubSpot (workflows, smart lists, suppression logic, naming conventions) for scalability.
  • Establish a reporting cadence that links email performance to pipeline, beyond just opens and clicks.
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and channel partners to ensure timely and relevant lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Work within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance review is integrated into the process.
