The Marketing Lifecycle Manager is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through digital email marketing and lifecycle automation. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of customer communications, with clear accountability for conversion, retention, and digital adoption KPIs. The manager will lead campaign design, build lifecycle journeys, and deliver measurable results by influencing key customer behaviors and outcomes across the propane lifecycle. This position leads innovation in email marketing by testing, scaling, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that influence customer behavior across the propane lifecycle. Success in this role is defined by the ability to translate campaigns into quantifiable business results.
