About The Position

Claude Frontier Academy helps organizations nominate people to build hands-on skills with Claude. Anthropic aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027, beginning with the Frontier Deployed Engineer Residency and with additional programs planned. The Marketing Lead will establish the Academy’s market presence, build its brand and communications, and position, launch, and grow its programs. The role is part of the Partner Marketing team and works directly with customers and partners to support participation, announcements, and amplification. The Academy’s first dedicated marketer will own its marketing strategy and annual plan, create market moments around launches and milestones, and build a community of graduates who advocate for the Academy. The role also shapes how the Academy fits alongside Anthropic’s other education and training programs, equips internal teams with guidance, and reports on marketing success to senior stakeholders. It combines strategic planning and senior-level recommendations with hands-on writing and launch execution.
