Frontier Data Lead

Labelbox•San Francisco, CA
•$170,000 - $230,000

About The Position

The Frontier Data Lead is the Managing Director’s program lead for client delivery and a key driver of account growth. A program consists of projects in one domain with one goal, and a client may have several programs. The role runs those programs, keeps clients informed, and maintains accurate systems. It also requires understanding each partner’s goals and organization, connecting partners with growth and research teams, and identifying opportunities to provide additional support. The role owns proactive client communication and delivery updates; partner insight, account planning, and growth; coordination between partners and research teams; and operational systems and reporting. Success in the first 90 days includes establishing a current account inventory, standard update formats and cadence, audited systems, and account plans and stakeholder maps for priority partners. Ongoing success means clients hear about changes and progress proactively, leadership can quickly understand account status, partner relationships expand, insights inform research, and qualified opportunities develop into new programs. Labelbox describes its environment as fast-paced and high-intensity, with an emphasis on ownership, quick decision-making, and career advancement tied to impact. The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is $170,000–$230,000 USD; compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, and the range excludes potential equity packages and additional benefits.
