About The Position

Anthropic is hiring its first dedicated marketer for Claude Frontier Academy, an education and training initiative where organizations nominate people to build hands-on skills with Claude. Backed by a $100 million commitment, Anthropic aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. The Academy’s first program is the Frontier Deployed Engineer Residency, with additional programs planned. The Marketing Lead will own how the Academy and its programs appear in the market, developing strategy and annual plans while leading program launches, communications, audience growth, and community building. The role combines brand and communications work with program positioning and growth, and requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The position sits on the Partner Marketing team and works directly with customers and partners to secure participation in announcements and coordinate launch amplification. The role will also coordinate with Anthropic’s other education and training programs, including Claude Academy, Claude certifications, and Partner Basecamp, so customers and partners understand how the offerings fit together. The position is expected to work from Anthropic’s San Francisco office at least two days per week, with some flexibility possible for an interim relocation period.
