As the 121 Marketing Lead you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns and initiatives across Dan Murphy’s and our premium wine online retailer Langton’s. You’ll lead the customer strategy, monitoring and optimizing key customer health metrics (frequency, churn, share of wallet, engagement). In order to make data driven channels work cohesively, that deliver a segment based experience, evolving to a true 1:1 personalised experience as we progress on our tech roadmap. You will also be responsible for the creation and ongoing management of multi-channel customer journeys, reviewing and optimising to enhance the customer experience. Supporting the 121 Marketing Manager and broader Customer Strategy and Loyalty Team to champion and deliver best practice data driven communications, and help take our wider stakeholder group on a journey to understand the vision and rationale. The role will be part of the Targeted Marketing team, reporting to the 121 Marketing Manager. As a senior member of the team there are additional opportunities to mentor and coach junior members of the team and assist in building 121 marketing capability.
