About The Position

Axos Bank’s 12-week Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience, opportunities to contribute to enterprise initiatives, and professional development in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Interns participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose one of two sessions: May 25–August 13 or June 14–September 3. The Marketing Internship offers experience in one of five specialized areas: Strategy, Social Media, Communications, Administrative Support, or Event Coordination. Interns are assigned a focus area based on business needs and individual interests and contribute to projects while developing targeted skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assist in developing marketing strategies and leadership reports.
Create and schedule content, monitor engagement metrics, and generate ideas to boost online brand presence.
Draft and edit newsletters, press releases, and email campaigns; ensure brand consistency; and support blog and article content.
Maintain calendars and project trackers, coordinate internal communications, and assist with vendor management and daily operations.
Plan and organize virtual or in-person events, manage logistics and attendee communication, and collaborate on post-event reporting.
