About The Position

Berger Communities is seeking a Marketing Intern to support its marketing activities and creative initiatives. The intern will create content templates for social media, retention marketing, and promotional marketing; help curate promotional marketing supplies; collaborate on creative projects; and support marketing initiatives for a corporate conference. The role also involves contributing ideas for marketing strategies to promote community and company initiatives.

A strong candidate has excellent grammar and attention to detail, familiarity with social media platforms and tools, and an eye for design and layout. The intern should be professional, enthusiastic, proactive, punctual, deadline-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva is expected. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is appreciated but not required.

Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
