Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, account coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO.
  • Experience tracking projects, deadlines, and implementation activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Track the status of all new and expanding franchisees as they move through marketing and advertising program activation brands, maintaining accurate records of activation milestones, launch timelines, and progress.
  • Monitor activation activity to ensure franchisees complete the steps required to launch their marketing programs, and proactively flag anyone stalled, delayed, or at risk of missing a program launch date.
  • Support the implementation of brand advertising and marketing programs, including SEO setup and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with franchisees, brand teams, and internal stakeholders to clear activation obstacles, following up on outstanding requirements, approvals, assets, and dependencies that affect program launch timelines.
  • Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status reports that give clear visibility into marketing program activation progress and launch readiness.
  • Provide regular reporting on activation volume, program launch progress, and at-risk franchisees, escalating significant delays or risks to leadership when needed.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks in marketing program activation and recommend improvements that speed up launch and strengthen program participation across contributing franchisees.
