About The Position

The Product Implementation Coordinator plays a critical role in the development and execution of sock products across multiple brands. This position manages product development workflows, coordinates color approvals, evaluates product performance standards, and ensures accurate documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in product development, apparel, textile, or related industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with garment measurement standards, fit evaluation, and quality testing processes preferred.
  • Product Development experience and textile industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end product development process for multiple sock brands.
  • Evaluate development samples to ensure compliance with fit requirements, dimensional specifications, and cross-stretch standards.
  • Coordinate seasonal yarn color palette development, including lab dip submissions and approvals.
  • Track approval status and maintain accurate records of yarn color developments.
  • Communicate color updates and approvals with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, production, and quality teams.
  • Create PLM tech packs for Renfro developments, new business opportunities, and other key development needs.
  • Evaluate knit samples using industry standard tools and methods to ensure adherence to required layout specification.
  • Analyze sample evaluation data in real time to establish next steps to achieve required fit, cross stretch and layout standards during the product development process.
  • Update tracking sheets and PLM with design approvals and initiate required third party testing for development styles that will be booked into production.
  • Assemble Approval Product Packets (APPs) for all approved developed styles, including approved sock samples, flat layout measurement standards, and cross-stretch standards.
  • Ensure APPs are accurately documented for submission to our manufacturing facilities as reference tools to support consistency in production setup and quality assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, policies, work procedures, and company instructions.
