About The Position

MIT Federal Credit Union (MIT FCU) is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team based in Lexington, MA. This candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of MIT FCU and participate in a collaborative process to develop an array of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials. This role is for an experienced hands-on designer who can provide leadership and instruction to an internal audience, vendors, and outside partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or advanced training in visual design and web technologies
• Minimum of three years of graphic and web design experience
• Expert knowledge of graphic design software, photography, and video production/editing

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining the visual identity of MIT FCU
• Participating in a collaborative process to develop an array of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials
• Providing leadership and instruction to an internal audience, vendors, and outside partners
