About The Position

MIT Federal Credit Union (MIT FCU) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Lexington, Massachusetts. The designer will create and maintain MIT FCU’s visual identity and collaborate on print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials. This is a hands-on role for an experienced designer who can provide leadership and instruction to internal audiences, vendors, and outside partners. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or advanced training in visual design and web technologies.
• At least three years of graphic and web design experience.
• Expert knowledge of graphic design software, photography, and video production and editing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MIT FCU’s visual identity.
• Collaborate on the development of print and online marketing, advertising, and brand materials.
• Provide leadership and instruction to internal audiences, vendors, and outside partners.
