About The Position

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives on structure, loves a clean pipeline, and gets genuine satisfaction from keeping complex projects moving. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable building systems as they are writing a sharp email sequence — and who understands that great marketing execution is as important as great ideas. This is an on-site position and will require candidates to work out of our Marietta or Woodstock location. This is a temp-to-hire position, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Requirements

  • Must have HubSpot experience
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to professional services or legal industries a strong plus
  • A process-driven mindset — you don't just get things done, you build systems so things get done better every time
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, compelling copy across multiple formats
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and project management tools (ClickUp experience is a bonus)
  • High attention to detail and the organizational instincts to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
  • A genuine enthusiasm for execution — you're energized by bringing order to complexity, not exhausted by it

Responsibilities

  • Own our project management platform (ClickUp), building trackable, repeatable templates that keep campaigns, deliverables, and internal projects on schedule with clear deadlines
  • Deliver weekly status reports that give the team full visibility into progress and priorities
  • Maintain HubSpot data hygiene across list management, pipeline data, and campaign tracking — so our data is always something we can trust
  • Manage and organize our library of client-facing materials, ensuring the team always has what they need, when they need it
  • Draft campaign copy, email sequences, and content pieces that serve as strong working foundations for the broader team
