About The Position
dynama is an AI-native broker for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. We prospect, qualify, and land brands' products on new retailers' shelves through a technology-driven approach so lean CPG teams grow faster and spend less. We work with some of the coolest emerging and established brands across food, beverage, wellness and other categories. We are hiring a Marketing & Events intern to own our conference presence and our marketing efforts to attract brands and talent.
Requirements
- Cares about CPG and the people who sell it.
- Communicates with clarity and brevity.
- Outgoing and energetic.
- Creative in event ideas.
- Fluent with AI tools.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding ads marketing is a plus.
- Prior CPG experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Own conference presence and marketing efforts to attract brands and talent.
- Find the right conferences for the company to attend to meet with and expand the customer base of CPG brands.
- Handle scheduling and logistics for conferences.
- Organize dinners and sponsored events.
- Organize dinners, sporting/entertainment outings in Austin (+ potentially other areas).
- Help with the online ads program.
