About The Position
Loom Remodelers is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling solutions. Through our products and services, we enrich the lives of the homeowners we serve. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team in the Cherry Hill, NJ market. The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing event marketing activities throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads and promoting our remodeling services through home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware
- Successful completion of a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Evening and weekend availability required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in event marketing, trade shows, lead generation, appointment setting, or home improvement marketing preferred
- Experience using CRM or scheduling software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Research and identify events, trade shows, fairs, and expos within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts and secure event opportunities with vendors and organizers
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar of events
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule and manage event staff assignments
- Coordinate booth setup, display logistics, and event breakdown
- Engage with homeowners and promote our products and services
- Schedule free in-home consultations at events
- Collect contest entries and lead information
- Follow up with prospects and schedule free in-home consultations
- Track, measure, and report event performance and results
