About The Position

The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing, branding, customer engagement, sales support, and event execution efforts across all divisions. This role combines creative marketing responsibilities with hands-on event coordination and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining the company’s brand presence through digital marketing, social media management, customer engagement initiatives, internal culture events, client-facing experiences, and support of business development efforts. The Marketing & Events Coordinator will work closely with leadership, operations teams, sales staff, and the Development & Branding Manager to support company growth, strengthen brand consistency, improve customer experience, and help generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking in front of crowds
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding, design, and visual presentation
  • Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes
  • Familiarity with website management platforms such as Squarespace required
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to coordinate and execute corporate events from planning through completion
  • Comfortable supporting sales and business development efforts through organization, follow-up, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while representing the company at events, customer functions, and industry activities
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms required
  • Ability to occasionally work flexible hours for events, shoots, or company functions
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and move event materials, signage, tables, or supplies as needed
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to assist wherever needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with content creation including photography, videography, editing, and scheduling preferred
  • Drone operation experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, branding, hospitality, sales support, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the company website (Squarespace), including SEO updates, portfolio additions, and new page build-outs
  • Uphold and enforce branding standards across all divisions through field auditing (digital, print, apparel, and field applications)
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (content calendar, on-site photo/video capture, drone operation, editing, scheduling, and daily engagement)
  • Coordinate and support photo and video shoots, including shot lists, staging, and asset organization
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation
  • Assist with marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, signage, and leave-behinds
  • Coordinate promotional opportunities for customer and association events (turkey hunts, golf tournaments, clay shooting, etc.)
  • Supporting recruiting marketing (job ads, culture content, hiring campaigns)
  • Reputation management (monitoring/responding to Google reviews, etc.)
  • Execute legwork for internal events including staff lunches, appreciation efforts, and company celebrations (Summer Fiesta, Thanksgiving Party, Crew Christmas, Office Christmas, Admin Appreciation, etc.)
  • Execute legwork for customer-facing events such as campus tours, farm tours, client appreciation events, and galas
  • Manage all event logistics including vendor booking, rentals, catering, and timelines
  • Create floor plan mockups, event layouts, and detailed run-of-show documents
  • Coordinate pre-event walkthroughs and lead on-site execution (setup, vendor direction, flow of event)
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality of experience across all touchpoints
  • Track event budgets and reconcile expenses post-event
  • Support Development & Branding Manager sales efforts through client gifting, delivery coordination, and tracking/logging of touchpoints and activities.
  • Assist in producing marketing-sourced leads that tie back into actual revenue
  • Assist sales team in getting all actions logged in BOSS.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and team initiatives as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
