Marketing & Event Sales Support Coordinator

Rusty Rail Brewing•Mifflinburg, PA
•Onsite

About The Position

Rusty Rail Brewing Company / Iron & Ivy is hiring an on-site Marketing & Event Sales Support Coordinator in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. The role combines social media and content creation with prompt handling of event inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-through, and marketing support across Rusty Rail Brewpub, Rusty Rail Events, and Iron & Ivy. Lead response takes priority over routine posting, design, and administrative work. The position monitors assigned inquiry channels, provides accurate responses, gathers event details, schedules qualified consultations or venue walkthroughs, confirms appointments, and tracks each lead through resolution or an accepted handoff. Initial response coverage is maintained 24/7 through approved automation and backup arrangements; personal response duties and after-hours coverage are coordinated with management. During staffed hours, the goal is a personal reply within 30 minutes whenever practical. The coordinator plans, creates, schedules, and publishes social content; captures on-site material; responds to comments and messages; and maintains consistent brand voices and accurate content. The role also supports menu updates, event flyers, basic website and content updates, promotional graphics, and other marketing projects. Once a receiving department accepts a lead, that department owns pricing, proposals, contracts, and closing. The position is collaborative and on-site, with management-approved work hours and lead-coverage procedures.
