Marketing Engagement Associate Manager

About The Position

As the Marketing Engagement Associate Manager, you will oversee marketing initiatives, develop strategic program roadmaps, support post launch validations, manage contracts and invoices with our creative agencies, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution. This role requires the ability to understand and execute across cross platforms and vendors and clients throughout an ever changing digital transformation. You will also be responsible for executing client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders, and overseeing all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development or analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with CRM Systems, i.e. SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo
  • Experience in working in a highly regulated industry, (FDA, EPA, CDC)
  • Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs
  • Experience working with and or leading cross functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals
  • Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate
