About The Position

Codvo is an AI & Data native modern engineering services company. We build enterprise AI and data systems, agentic workflows, and vertical solutions across industries like mortgage, retail/CPG, healthcare, oil & gas, and legal. This role is for someone who knows how to use AI as a second digital growth team to create outsized impact. The core mandate is to own top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to exponentially extend strategic and execution capacity. The Director – Marketing is accountable for designing the demand engine, operating at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale – setting direction, building AI-powered workflows, and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution from priority ICPs. Success will be measured on 10–15 ICP-qualified meetings per month from marketing-led efforts, 5–7 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month, and $1M+ in marketing-sourced pipeline per quarter from target accounts. Activity is relevant only if it moves these outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years in B2B demand generation / growth (services, SaaS, AI,, GIS or data-led businesses experience).
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue-linked marketing outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong command of outbound motion, account-based marketing, and pipeline analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business-led value propositions.
  • High ownership mindset: define → build → execute → measure → refine, without hand-holding.
  • Architect AI workflows, not prompts.
  • Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as embedded infrastructure—for market research, account intelligence, message iteration, call synthesis, reporting, and playbook creation.
  • Run AI-accelerated ICP & account strategy.
  • Combine AI with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify look-alike accounts from Codvo’s best wins, map buying committees, and prioritize by intent, fit, and signal strength.
  • Enable personalization at enterprise scale.
  • Turn one strong value proposition into dozens of role-, vertical-, and pain-specific variants while maintaining central positioning integrity.
  • Convert data into decisions—fast.
  • Feed campaign and pipeline data into AI to diagnose performance shifts, extract insights, and define next experiments with speed and clarity.
  • Institutionalize learning.
  • Use AI to continuously codify messaging, sequences, objections, ICP insights, and campaign results into living marketing and SDR playbooks.
  • Exercise strong judgment on automation boundaries.
  • Keep narrative, positioning, and offer strategy human-led while delegating scale, variants, enrichment, and analysis to AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization in partnership with Sales and Leadership.
  • Build and continuously refresh named-account and look-alike universes using AI and enrichment tools.
  • Ensure ≥90% coverage of buying groups and key personas across active target accounts.
  • Design and oversee multi-touch outbound and account-based campaigns (email, LinkedIn, light landing experiences).
  • Translate Codvo’s case studies, delivery wins, and IP into scalable demand offers.
  • Launch 2–3 meaningful experiments per month across segment, message, offer, or channel using AI co-pilots.
  • Equip SDRs with AI-assisted account lists, sequences, and messaging that are execution-ready.
  • Participate in weekly SDR/AE pipeline reviews focused on meetings, SQLs, and sourced revenue.
  • Leverage AI-summarized call notes, objections, and replies to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
  • Own a simple but rigorous dashboard covering meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Drive structured A/B testing across subject lines, hooks, offers, and cadences.
  • Deliver concise weekly leadership updates: what launched, what it delivered, and what changes next.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ensure clean data hygiene, accurate attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking.
  • Maintain AI-ready data structures for enrichment, scoring, personalization, and analytics.
