About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with the public.
• Thorough understanding of Prestera’s policies and procedures as well as consumer protection, advertising standards, and intellectual property rights.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience managing social media platforms and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Maintains current knowledge of marketing and development practices, typically acquired through continuing education.
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly in the integrated services field.
• Attend local business and marketing events in catchment areas.

Nice To Haves

• SEO/SEM or Meta certifications (must obtain if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, ads, presentations).
• Update website content; analyze and improve user experience.
• Optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
• Plan and execute community events, including logistics and promotion.
• Represent the organization at outreach activities and foster partnerships.
• Monitor social media and SEO performance, providing data-driven insights.
• Develop strategies to boost engagement, visibility, and brand recognition.
