About The Position

WSP USA is seeking a Data Entry & Content Coordination Specialist to support our Marketing Data & Information function within the Strategic Growth Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of marketing and knowledge assets—including project descriptions, resumes, and related content—used across proposals, qualifications, and internal knowledge-sharing platforms. Content includes, but is not limited to, project descriptions and resumes. The successful candidate will be a strong writer and editor with attention to detail, the ability to navigate a large database, and be an effective communicator. The role supports collaboration across marketing, business development, and knowledge management teams and contributes directly to the quality and consistency of WSP’s marketing materials. While our ideal candidate brings some experience in the A/E/C or professional services industries, what we’re seeking is someone with a collaborative, can-do attitude and a propensity for editing and writing.
