About The Position

This role focuses on transforming various data sources (consumer, retail, sales, syndicated, panel, and POS) into actionable insights. The analyst will support Brand Managers in understanding shoppers, categories, competitors, and trends. Utilizing AI, dashboards, and analytics tools, the position aims to uncover opportunities, simplify complex problems, and translate data into compelling stories, recommendations, and decisions to drive brand growth. A key aspect of the role is to help shape the future of AI and analytics within the Marketing department.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing, business intelligence, consumer insights
  • Strong reporting skills, plus experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with syndicated, panel, and POS data - or a strong interest in learning
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, reporting, or problem solving
  • Curious, analytical, and quick to learn
  • Excited about AI
