About The Position

Black Family Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across all company brands and concepts. This role will serve as a key support position for day-to-day marketing operations, project coordination, communications, campaign planning, and administrative organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, communicates effectively across departments, and takes ownership in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, hospitality marketing, administrative support, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize internal marketing documents, folders, databases, and shared drives
  • Support ongoing data management and document organization initiatives
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and office-related marketing tasks
  • Coordinate gifting requests, awards, trophies, and miscellaneous support projects
  • Order and coordinate pickup/delivery of marketing materials including: Business cards, Table tents, Banners, Table covers, Promotional collateral
  • Coordinate menu printing and paper ordering for all concepts and locations
  • Assisting managing design and marketing projects from initiation through completion
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project deadlines
  • Maintain priority lists for daily and weekly deliverables
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate updates across departments
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, printers, and external partners as needed
  • Support creative asset organization and version control
  • Maintain and manage the annual marketing campaign calendar including: Holidays, Promotions, Store events, Collaborations, Community activations, Grand openings and special initiatives
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution across all brands and concepts
  • Help coordinate communication between marketing, operations, culinary, beverage, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate VIP guest logistics, communications, and follow-up
  • Assist with bookings, inquiries, and hospitality arrangements for media, influencers, partners, and special guests
  • Manage calendar invitations and communication flow between stores and guests
  • Help bridge communication gaps between initial inquiry and in-store execution
  • Draft social media captions, copy, and content calendars for review
  • Schedule approved social media posts across brand platforms
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice consistency across concepts
  • Coordinate content requests, deadlines, and approvals
  • Assist with social media shots and production
  • Serve as a liaison for PR-related initiatives and campaigns
  • Assist with coordinating press opportunities and media visits
  • Screen and route incoming media inquiries appropriately
  • Support communication with PR agencies, partners, and vendors
  • Ensure stores are utilizing current marketing materials and approved branding
  • Coordinate rollout of updated menus, signage, promotional materials, and brand assets
  • Coordinate and implement minor menu adjustments including pricing updates, item descriptions, formatting revisions, seasonal changes, and limited-time offerings across print and digital platforms
  • Ensure all menu updates are accurately communicated to stores, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining brand consistency across all concepts
  • Support communication of marketing initiatives to store-level leadership teams
  • Communicate with printers, signage vendors, and external marketing partners
  • Track marketing-related invoices, estimates, and expenses
  • Assist with website updates including hours, menus, and promotions
  • Coordinate updates to online listings and brand information platforms
  • Monitor accuracy of store information across digital channels
  • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and recap documents
  • Pull and organize basic social media and campaign performance metrics
  • Support internal marketing communications and promotional rollouts
  • Assist leadership with special projects and department support as needed
