Marketing Coordinator

OnLogicSouth Burlington, VT
$60,000 - $70,000Onsite

About The Position

Our marketing team is growing, and we don't need a task-ticker—we need a force multiplier. We're looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator who is smart, hungry, and wakes up thinking about what could be sharper, faster, and better. You're the kind of person who can easily pivot from collaborating on a creative brief to busting out a performance report for leadership, keeping projects moving fast without breaking things. If you're ready to get in the weeds and make the whole team better just by showing up, this is your next growth opportunity! We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing roles, including internships.
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Solid writing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • You're incredibly organized. You see a gap and you fill it. You don't wait for a playbook; you take initiative.
  • You can write clearly and concisely. You're comfortable with data and can say something smart about a report.
  • You've already got a favorite AI tool and you know how to prompt it to get actual results, not AI slop.
  • You get up to speed on new tech and industries quickly, because you get bored when you aren't growing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating campaign execution across digital, content, email, and events—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Working across design, demand gen, and product teams to gather requirements, align timelines, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
  • Using tools like Claude and Gemini to draft briefs, speed up research, and build better workflows.
  • Pulling performance data, uncovering insights, and flagging what's working (and what isn't) before anyone has to ask.
  • Coordinating the logistics for trade shows—vendors, materials, and registrations—so the team shows up ready to win.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary based upon your experience and the requirements of the role
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • 401k Plan with 3% Employer Contribution
  • An Annual Profit Share Bonus
  • Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave, and Short & Long Term Disability
  • Opportunity to Participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • A personal development plan created to help you (and us) grow
