The Marketing Coordinator is a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service, effective oral and written communications, sales, marketing and office management. He/she is actively engaged with promoting the benefits of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, executing strategic marketing plan supporting resident and community relations efforts, marketing event planning and execution, working with prospects, and assisting the Vice President of Marketing in identifying and executing a range of marketing initiatives and tasks to support the department’s sales and occupancy goals. This is a full-time exempt position, and we are seeking a highly professional energetic critical thinker to be the first impression of WCBR to all potential new residents. You will be the first point of contact whether it is by phone or in person.
