About The Position

Business Instincts Group (BIG) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical — a strong communicator who can think strategically while executing efficiently. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support internal initiatives and client campaigns through research, reporting, organization, content coordination, and marketing execution. Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
  • Experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret competitor strategies and consumer trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience creating presentations, reports, and visual summaries
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Thrive in a remote work environment and can self-manage effectively
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Salesforce, is considered an asset
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with management to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple clients and industries.
  • Coordinate Campaign Execution: Assist with the implementation of marketing plans across both digital and traditional channels, including content coordination, email marketing, digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, internal communications, reporting and analytics.
  • Manage Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare and manage weekly client reporting, campaign tracking, and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
  • Conduct Market & Competitor Research: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to help identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Organize & Streamline Processes: Help improve workflows, organize service offerings, and simplify complex information into user-friendly presentations, charts, summaries, and reports.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Support the development and maintenance of cohesive branding, messaging, and communication standards across multiple platforms and projects.
  • Take Initiative: Work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and proactively solving problems.
