About The Position

Uniboard is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its head office in Laval. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within the marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. This person actively contributes to the smooth execution of daily activities, as well as the coordination of marketing campaigns and projects, in a B2B manufacturing environment focused on innovative decorative products for the North American market. This role requires excellent organizational skills, practical judgment, and a strong ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in both French and English. The objective is to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (including internships) in marketing, coordination, or project management
  • Functional knowledge of French is considered an asset, as the role involves communicating with French-speaking stakeholders and occasionally consulting French documentation (Canadian and U.S. customers)
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Comfortable with digital tools (websites, social media, email marketing platforms)
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events and trade shows
  • Help maximize brand visibility during these events
  • Create, publish, and manage social media content while ensuring a consistent brand image and increased visibility across digital platforms
  • Participate in the creation of promotional materials (web pages, brochures, presentations, visuals, etc.) by coordinating requirements with various partners (agencies, printers, etc.)
  • Ensure brand consistency and content accuracy
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of strategic projects (product launches, campaigns, corporate initiatives)
  • Take ownership of operational and logistical aspects to ensure smooth deployment
  • Manage B2B visibility programs (e.g., displays at partner locations)
  • Coordinate the sampling program: planning requirements, managing online orders, and distributing samples to clients/prospects
  • Maintain smooth and professional communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Understand needs and facilitate access to marketing tools and resources
  • Compile and monitor marketing data (campaign performance, event participation, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory of promotional tools
  • Participate in organizing internal meetings and preparing tools for sales teams
  • Perform various marketing-related administrative tasks: CRM database updates, purchase request follow-ups, filing, reports, etc.
