Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Business Management/Administration/Marketing.
Fully knowledgeable of the policies and all related bank regulations.
Solid understanding of the bank’s products, services, customers and entities including geographic locations.
Ability to build relationships using teamwork, problem identification and problem solution skills.
Ability to market all bank products.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft suite products.
Must be Proficient in the use of digital design software including InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe software.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years in Banking Environment Preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for Bank social media content creation and development for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Responsible for customer email marketing campaigns and strategies.
Assist the AVP, Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of bank products and services goal objectives. Monitor and report progress towards completion of those goals and objectives.
Responsible for advertising content creation using Canva, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator platforms.
Responsible for coordinating the development and strategy to market all bank products.
Oversee maintenance and use of Bank’s Marketing Customer Information File.
Identify target customers and market segments to properly position products in the marketplace.
Coordinate, review, and place promotional materials including advertising, stuffers, signs, banners, posters and postcards.
Write press releases.
Coordinate the development and execution of product plans.
Purchase and maintain inventory of giveaway items.
Coordinate public relations events.
Survey competition
SEO strategies
Research new media and request price quotes.
Review of First Commerce Bank’s website.
Promote Branch openings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
