About The Position

NuDevco Investments is a 30-year-old entrepreneurial growth company with a family office that builds both public and private companies. NuDevCo Investments operates in various sectors including Retail Energy Provider, Logistics, Real Estate Financing, Commercial Solar, Energy Storage, Commercial EV Charging Stations, Beverage Distribution, Data Centers & Insurance. The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate campaigns, create and distribute content, manage marketing operations, and support events and external vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple areas of marketing, including content, digital channels, email marketing, and event coordination.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing concepts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Experience coordinating events or working with external vendors

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channels
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and distribution of marketing content
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with content creation and updates for blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Assist with photography and videography
  • Support basic SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content formatting
  • Schedule and post content across social media platforms
  • Support the build, testing, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Assist with the coordination of events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows
  • Manage logistics such as registrations, materials, vendors, and follow-up communications
  • Support partner and agency-focused marketing initiatives
  • Create or update basic marketing graphics using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Coordinate with outside vendors such as designers, printers, or marketing agencies
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
