Omni Fiber is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for helping to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written + verbal)
- Experience with email marketing & social media
- Experience with digital marketing tools/platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Canva) to enhance marketing work
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, and community-based)
- Manage timelines, project schedules, approvals, and deliverables
- Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
- Partner with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
- Track performance through reports, dashboards, and marketing data
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Support local events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts
