Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fitness and wellness? The team at Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing organization. We own and operate 45 Orangetheory Fitness studio franchises throughout California and are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to help elevate our brand and member experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years practical experience in a OTF field or marketing role
• Digital savvy; understands and can execute digital marketing tools (email, text, social…)
• Adept in Google Suite applications
• 4-year college degree

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Shop OTF orders for all studios
• Coordinate RR Donnelly orders for all studios
• Responding to customer reviews with SOCi platform
• Coordinate e-mail, SMS, Eventbrite, etc. campaigns including monthly newsletter
• Coordinate Celsius orders for all studios
• Coordinate the fulfillment of coach uniforms on a quarterly basis
• Assist Regional Marketing and Social Media Managers on a needed basis
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional demeanor in all matters representing Company and Owners
