Under general supervision, this role provides project management and marketing functions in support of school and department goals, aligning with priorities, time limitations, and funding specifications. The position involves overseeing the onboarding, execution, and fulfillment of advertising services sold to third-party business clients. It also includes managing and supporting a team of Operations Specialists and Creative Specialists (graphic designers, videographers, content creators), overseeing their workflows and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client deliverables and project deadlines. The role contributes to the development and improvement of departmental workflows, procedures, and operational processes. Additionally, it assists with planning and executing departmental and client events, manages the video production studio, ensures documentation of fulfillment, oversees client reporting, and maintains data and file management according to institutional and department guidelines.
