About The Position

Bigge Crane and Rigging is seeking a creative and systematic Marketing Coordinator to join their small, high-impact marketing team. This role offers significant ownership, visibility, and direct access to company leadership. The company is undergoing a deliberate transformation, embracing AI to redefine marketing within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, comfortable with both field photography and digital asset design, responsible for maintaining an extensive asset library and ensuring a world-class marketing presence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skill in at least a few of the following: video editing for social media, graphic design, photography, AI content tools, AI image generation, short-form storytelling
  • Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification (fully covered by Bigge)
  • Genuine enthusiasm to develop the skills you do not yet have
  • Passion for heavy construction, cranes, or the industrial world
  • Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing and a drive to apply it practically
  • Comfort getting out of the office and into the field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily systematic capture of the company's fleet on active job sites to update the visual library.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine daily processes for uploading, tagging, and storing assets in iCloud, SharePoint, and Egnyte.
  • Design high-impact visual assets, including social media posts, branded merchandise, internal campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Develop compelling, brand-aligned marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and internal communications.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media.
  • Collaborate with the social seller to execute content that drives engagement and recruiting.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve content quality, speed, and creativity, and research emerging AI tools.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Safety, HR, Sales) to design professional materials.
  • Assist with blog/jobsite post management and audit website listings for accuracy.
  • Test and proof email blasts for accuracy and presentation.
  • Support sales and rental teams with mail merges and marketing best practices.
