About The Position

Cluster POS is a Canadian, restaurant-first SaaS platform empowering hospitality businesses of all sizes with reliable cloud POS, online ordering, analytics, and integrated payments. Designed to simplify operations, improve profitability, and enhance guest experiences, Cluster serves thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, and multi-location chains across Quebec, Canada, and the U.S. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing initiatives across digital channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is eager to learn, contribute to campaigns, and grow within a fast-paced, modern marketing environment. You will work closely with the marketing team to help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, manage content, and support brand and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and comfortable working on various projects at once.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (content, social media, email, SEO)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or similar)
  • Comfort working with content management systems (CMS) or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive self-starter attitude and willingness to learn and take feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating external vendors or creative partners
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma)
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads, etc.)
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM platforms
  • Interest in content creation, branding, or growth marketing

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, web, and paid ads)
  • Create and schedule content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels
  • Assist with content creation including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate and manage an external partner responsible for photography and videography production, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and is delivered on time for use across digital platforms
  • Help manage and update website content (landing pages, product pages, SEO updates)
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights)
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns and positioning
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, documentation, and calendars
  • Support email marketing efforts including list management, segmentation, and campaign setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to align messaging and initiatives
  • Assist with branding and design coordination (working with designers or templates)
  • Contribute ideas to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Take on additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives
