About The Position
Key Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help grow our company and bring in more leads. This person will help with social media, videos, events, email marketing, our membership program, and other day-to-day marketing needs. The main goal of this position is to help drive new customers to the company and increase customer participation in our maintenance agreement program.
Requirements
- Experience with social media is preferred
- Comfortable creating short videos and basic content
- Good writing and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn ServiceTitan Marketing Pro
Nice To Haves
- Basic Google, SEO, or website knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
- HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Make short videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Take photos and videos of jobs, employees, events, and company updates
- Help manage email campaigns and customer marketing through ServiceTitan Marketing Pro
- Help promote and grow our membership program, also known as our maintenance agreements
- Coordinate membership marketing, renewals, reminders, and customer follow-up
- Work with the office and service teams to help keep membership customers informed and engaged
- Help create promotions and campaigns to increase maintenance agreement sign-ups
- Track membership leads, sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and promotional results
- Help create customer-facing materials explaining the benefits of our maintenance agreements
- Look for ways to increase membership value and improve customer retention
- Research home shows, local events, sponsorships, and community events for us to attend
- Help plan and promote company events
- Assist with website content, Google Business Profile, and basic SEO
- Help create flyers, emails, posts, and other marketing materials
- Keep a marketing calendar organized
- Track which marketing efforts are bringing in leads
