About The Position
The DH Pace Company is a family-owned and privately held business with annual sales over $1 billion through 60+ offices located across the continental United States. The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator in our Olathe, KS office. This individual will be primarily responsible for working with the team on various marketing projects and invoice/Co-Op processing. Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with digital marketing a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Wordpress, and Adobe Commerce preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to write content, copy and message in a variety of styles, voices and tones, and adaptable to different target audiences, product categories and branding initiatives
Nice To Haves
- experience with digital marketing a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinating marketing department activities as directed by management
- Researching various projects and writing reports for review by management
- Effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, with all internal and external customers
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in all marketing campaigns
- Monitor, report, and communicate with leadership on best practices, strategies, performance, and recommendations for marketing initiatives
- Synthesize complex technical content into compelling actionable content that produces high response and optimal search rates
- Process marketing invoices and Co-Op credits
- Other responsibilities as assigned
