About The Position

RC Mowers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute various marketing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, content, tradeshows, website updates, asset development, and maintaining the marketing projects calendar. The position offers opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with an external marketing agency for strategy and guidance, translating that direction into executed marketing tasks. This includes managing campaigns, content updates, tradeshow support, vendor coordination, branded materials, and ensuring project timelines are met. Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, and other departments is expected for new product launches and promotional material needs. A typical week involves diverse tasks such as coordinating tradeshow logistics, reviewing agency deliverables, publishing website content, sourcing branded merchandise, and preparing for campaign launches. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in marketing coordination or a similar execution-heavy role.
  • Strong project management instincts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with senior individuals both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and basic marketing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B, industrial, landscaping, or equipment industry experience.
  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with tradeshow or field marketing support.
  • Agency-side experience or experience working closely with an outside agency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines, status, and follow-through for all marketing projects.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the marketing agency and other vendors.
  • Review marketing deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Keep internal teams informed about marketing initiatives, launches, and timelines.
  • Build and document internal processes to ensure repeatable marketing execution.
  • Maintain and execute the content calendar.
  • Publish and update website and blog content using WordPress.
  • Update templated materials using Canva.
  • Monitor daily social media activity (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and route opportunities appropriately.
  • Research industry publications, associations, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Evaluate print and digital advertising options, coordinating contracts, insertion orders, and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain targeted industry lists (contractors, municipalities, dealers, etc.).
  • Track ad performance and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate tradeshow logistics, including booth, signage, shipping, and readiness, with the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Support pre-event marketing and post-event follow-up for tradeshows.
  • Coordinate photo and video production with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Source and order branded merchandise according to company standards.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets for accessibility by the team.
