About The Position

Clark-Reliance is seeking a highly organized, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to help expand and optimize our marketing and sales support capabilities across CRM, e-commerce, website content, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys balancing execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth in a B2B manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or sales support, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using digital marketing and web tools such as WIX, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, including product data, contact records, market segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Capture, enter, and manage inbound leads from multiple sources, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data entry, and appropriate lead qualification.
  • Research and build targeted contact lists using third-party industry databases to identify new opportunities, projects, and market-specific prospects.
  • Support website content updates and optimization efforts, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners to improve usability, messaging, and customer experience.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, product literature, and web-based resources while coordinating timely fulfillment requests for internal teams and external customers.
  • Develop and coordinate digital and social media campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and support lead generation across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Create and support email promotions and campaign assets aligned with business priorities and branding standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports using marketing automation and analytics tools to inform future improvements.
  • Help maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor social media and digital performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, website traffic, lead activity, and social media engagement.
  • Provide agile day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, special projects, and team priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the Company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers effectively.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the Company.
  • Maintain quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
  • Maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
