About The Position

CorMedix Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing therapeutic products for the prevention and treatment of life-threatening conditions and diseases in the United States. CorMedix is focused on selling and marketing products in institutional settings of care in the US and has field based medical and commercial infrastructure deployed in hospitals, clinics and infusion centers. Rezafungin is currently approved for the treatment of candidemia and invasive candidiasis in adults. The Marketing Coordinator ensures compliant, timely, and efficient execution of promotional materials by managing PRC processes, material logistics, and commercial event support to enable field effectiveness and brand execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration.)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (ideally in either of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, OR regulated industries with structured approval workflows.)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the promotional review process, updates, and lifecycle of promotional materials (sales aids, brochures, digital assets.)
  • Maintain version control and document tracking.
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand and aligned to current label and strategy.
  • Own the PRC submission process including the preparation of submission packages, routing of materials through review systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats.)
  • Track review timelines and comments/revisions.
  • Coordinate feedback consolidation across clinical, legal and regulatory reviewers.
  • Ensure all materials are approved, compliant, and audit-ready including annotations and anchored references.
  • Coordinate creative updates, copy revisions, and production timelines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, budget constraints and quality standards.
  • Reviews SOWs with Brand leads to ensure costs align.
  • Manages Budget pre and post events.
  • Provides Monthly budget updates for YTD and YTG spend.
  • Oversee printing of promotional materials.
  • Manage inventory levels and reordering cycles.
  • Coordinate warehousing and fulfillment vendors.
  • Ensure timely distribution to field teams including key account managers, RSDs and DVAs.
  • Track usage and waste to optimize future spend.
  • Support planning and execution of conferences/congresses (e.g., ASCO, IDWeek.)
  • Coordinate booth materials and branding, collateral shipments and on-site logistics.
  • Manage vendor coordination, shipping timelines and setup/teardown logistics.
  • Ensure all materials used are PRC-approved and compliant.
