About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient execution of marketing activities. This role assists in organizing files, scheduling activities, and completing routine marketing tasks that support team operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and timelines.
  • Ability to organize, maintain, and update marketing files, assets, and documentation.
  • Ability to assist in executing routine marketing activities, including content updates, asset requests, and basic project coordination.
  • Ability to update shared documents and trackers related to project status and timelines.
  • Ability to request information, assets, or feedback necessary to complete assigned tasks.
  • Experience with DAM maintenance.
  • Experience with Material Bank maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Experience with website updates in CMS.
  • Experience with award submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and timelines as assigned by the Director of Brand and Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marketing Comm. Managers.
  • Organize, maintain, and update marketing files, assets, and documentation.
  • Assist in executing routine marketing activities, including content updates, asset requests, and basic project coordination.
  • Update shared documents and trackers related to project status and timelines.
  • Request information, assets, or feedback necessary to complete assigned tasks.
  • DAM maintenance
  • Material Bank maintenance and reconciliation
  • Website updates in CMS
  • Award submissions
