About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Vancouver office and play a key role in executing DMCL’s marketing initiatives. With an award-winning website and a growing digital presence, DMCL is committed to elevating its brand and driving success through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this role will contribute to DMCL’s marketing campaigns, while also providing tactical support across sponsorships, events, partner-led marketing initiatives, and internal business development training programs. Our marketing and communications team is a group of passionate entrepreneurs excited to build and embody the DMCL brand. They’re always looking for new ways to differentiate DMCL from the competition, such as using AI-powered tools and innovative practices to shatter accounting stereotypes. Requirements

  • You have 0-2 years of marketing experience.
  • You’re a graduate of a post-secondary marketing program or equivalent.
  • You’re eager to learn (or already have experience with) key marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Google, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend opportunities that expand DMCL’s reach and strengthen our reputation.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns and support marketing initiatives from concept to close-out, analyzing performance to refine tactics and maximize lead generation.
  • Support partners in executing their marketing plans, driving more qualified leads to DMCL.
  • Seamlessly coordinate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking events, ensuring DMCL fully leverages each opportunity.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute webinars and seminars, delivering more value to existing clients and generating new leads.
  • Coordinate DMCL’s internal business development training program calendar, boosting engagement and participation to support stronger business development performance across the firm.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on marketing efforts to enhance employer branding and attract top talent through social content.
