As Marketing Coordinator, you will take the lead on our marketing communication efforts, working closely with a supportive team across the organization. You will provide strategic direction and guidance in creating proposals, statements of qualification, and business development submissions, ensuring they align with industry standards and our company's marketing strategies. You will also manage prequalification submittals, our social media presence, and our website. Your activities will include monitoring the implementation of established procedures for work processes and quality control, ensuring that content and graphics standards are met, and that submissions are high quality, competitive, and fully compliant with client requirements. You will review all marketing materials for quality and compliance prior to submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
  • Civil Engineering or broader AEC industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
