About The Position

RumbergerKirk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This role supports a wide range of marketing, communications, business development, client engagement, and event initiatives across the firm's offices and practice areas. If you enjoy organizing projects, collaborating with professionals, creating content, coordinating events, and helping bring ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of marketing, administrative, or professional services experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to occasionally travel between firm offices and attend firm events, conferences, recruiting events, and client functions.

Nice To Haves

• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms, website content management systems, and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and distribution of client alerts, newsletters, marketing materials, and firm communications.
• Support website updates, social media content, and attorney thought leadership initiatives.
• Help maintain CRM records, marketing databases, mailing lists, and business development reports.
• Coordinate logistics for client events, sponsorships, webinars, recruiting events, and community outreach programs.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, pitch materials, and other business development projects.
• Support cross-office marketing initiatives and collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and vendors.
