About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web channels. This role plays a critical part in campaign coordination, creative briefing, email deployment, website merchandising support, product naming assistance, and product logistics for influencers and internal content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing team.

Requirements

  • BA degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in campaign coordination, digital content management (social, email, and web), or organizing cross-functional marketing projects for a consumer or digital-first brand
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create clear creative briefs and campaign documentation
  • Collaborative and responsive communicator
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing marketing assets, product information, and website content
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills; Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrates initiative and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and adapt shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and schedule Ad sets & Ads for Paid Social Campaigns
  • Upload creative & validate for use in Paid Social Campaigns
  • Coordinate product orders for influencer partnerships
  • Maintain organized records of seeded products and campaign usage
  • Assist in gathering assets for photography/videography shoots
  • Generate and catalog UTM links
  • Partner with the website team to provide product selections and merchandising direction
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns across email and website placements
  • Coordinate updates to landing pages, banners, and promotional product groupings
  • Conduct a detailed review to ensure all product content on the website is properly uploaded and accurate
  • Draft briefs for promotions including paid ads, emails, web banners, social assets
  • Confirm campaign and photo/video shoot briefs are submitted and ensure creative team has resources to complete briefs
  • Order products for campaign support and sampling
  • Contribute to the planning, logistics, and communications for company events
