The Marketing Coordinator is a core contributor to COPC's marketing team, supporting key initiatives that span our physician network and practice locations. This is a dynamic, process-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energized by project management, and is comfortable building structure where none exists. This position sits at the intersection of marketing execution and operational coordination, with a particular focus on managing all activities related to physician and practice onboardings, offboardings, and relocations. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the internal project manager for these events, owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring every marketing touchpoint is executed accurately and on schedule.
