About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated full-time Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations and drive marketing initiatives within our growing company. This mostly remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate across leadership, marketing, and operations while gaining hands-on experience in multiple facets of the business. InReach Rehab is a family-oriented company that partners with 21 hospitals across the Midwest to support rural rehabilitation teams. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership
  • Assist in developing and executing rehab-focused marketing strategies
  • Prepare and format marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital content, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Provide executive support including scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination
  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion
  • Support branding and outreach initiatives
